The three projects consist of geotechnical surveys
and the design for the bases of telecommunication
towers. Our staff was responsible for conducting comprehensive
geotechnical surveys in reference to ASTM standards,
and preparing the relevant reports for 27 different
sites in the three islands. We are also responsible
for the preparation of detailed structural Designs
and Drawings for the telecommunication towers' bases.
Melville Street Sea Defence,
Grenada
This project carried out for the National Insurance
Scheme involved the design, costing and supervision
of a Sea Defence (Breakwater) along the property of
the National Insurance Scheme on Melville Street,
St. George. Our staff were responsible for the design
of the Sea Defence, the preparation of Bill of Quantities,
Schedules and Drawings, and for the preparation of
tender documents, evaluation of tenders and supervision
of construction.
Lauriston Land Development,
Carriacou
This project carried out for the National Insurance
Scheme, consisted of the design, costing and supervision
of Roads, Storm Drainage Network and Waterlines for
25 acres of lands for a new housing sub-division.
Our staff was responsible for the design of the roads,
drains and waterlines, and for the preparation of
Bill of Quantities, Schedules, Drawings, and the preparation
of tender documents, evaluation of tenders and supervision
of construction.
National Insurance Scheme
Building Enhancement, Grenada
This project involved the retrofitting and renovation
to the NIS head office. Our staff was responsible
for the design, the preparation of Bill of Quantities,
Schedules, Drawings, and for the preparation of tender
documents, evaluation of tenders and supervision of
construction.
Grenada Public Service Credit
Union Head Office Refurbishment, Grenada
This project involved the extensive renovation to
the Credit Union's head office. Our staff was responsible
for the Project Management Services.
Bayfront Apartment Complex,
Grenada
This project involved the design, costing and supervision
of a three storey, 28 bedroom apartment complex. Our
staff were responsible for the design, the preparation
of Bill of Quantities Drawings, Schedules, and for
Project Management services.
Grenada Union of Teachers
Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. Headquarters, Grenada
This project consists of the design, costing and supervision
of a three-storey office building. Our staff is responsible
for the design, preparation of Bill of Quantities,
Schedules, Drawings, and the preparation of tender
documents, evaluation of tenders and supervision of
construction.
Economic Reconstruction Project:
Upgrading of Schools, Grenada
This project (CDB funded) carried out for the Ministry
of Education, consisted of
the design and costing of the refurbishment and expansion
of four schools. Our
staff was responsible for the preparation of the Designs,
Specifications, Bill of
Quantities and Cost Estimates for the refurbishment
and expansion.
Caribbean Development Bank
Basic Needs Trust Fund Project, Grenada
The project consists of the design, costing and supervision
of several roads and
waterlines in various parts of the island. The project
also included refurbishment
to schools and health centres. Our staff was responsible
for the design of the
roads, drains and buildings, and for the preparation
of Bill of Quantities,
Schedules, Drawings, and the preparation of tender
documents, evaluation of
tenders and supervision of construction.
